2011年豫东地区部分农村妇女妇科疾病患病情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解豫东农村妇女妇科常见疾病患病情况，为搞好妇女疾病的预防和治疗提供可靠依据。方法2011年7～10月，对豫东商丘市、永城市、开封市、周口市13个县、110个行政村的1500名20～49岁农村已婚妇女进行常见妇科疾病检查和问卷调查。结果调查1500名农村妇女，有妇科疾病的799例，妇科病患病率为53．27％。其中阴道炎患病率为17．20％，宫颈炎患病率为25．20％，宫颈息肉患病率为2．60％，宫颈腺体囊肿患病率为1．40％，子宫肌瘤患病率为3．60％，盆腔炎患病率为3．27％。妇科疾病患病率，商丘市为52．68％，永城市为53．30％，开封市为54．54％，周口市为52．07％（P〉0．05）；20～35岁为52．54％，35～44岁为40．43％，45～59岁为39．60％（P〈0．01）。结论豫东地区农村妇女妇科常见疾病患病率较高，患病率最高的是宫颈炎和阴道炎。Objective To understand the incidence of common gynecological diseases among rural women in East Henan province,so as to provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of the diseases. Methods During July-Octo bet,2011 ,the common gynecological diseases were checked and a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1500 rural married women aged 2049 from 110 villages in 13 counties of Shangqiu, Yongcheng, Kaifeng, and Zhoukou cities. Re- sults In a survey of 1500 rural women, 799 suffered from the gynecological diseases, the incidence was 53.27%, in which, the incidence of vaginitis was 17.20 %, the cervicitis was 25.20 %, the cervical polyp was 2.60%, the naboth＇s cysts was 1.40 %, the hysteromyoma was 3.60 %, the pelvic inflammation was 3.27 %. The prevalence of gynecological diseases was 52.68% in Shangqiu,53.30% in Yongeheng, 54.54% in Kaifeng, 52.07% in Zhoukou（ P 〈0.05） ; 52.54% from those aged 20-35,40.43% from those aged 35-44,and 39.60% from those aged 45-59（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The in- cidence of common gynecological diseases amonm rural women in East Henan province is relatively high, the highest are vaginitis and cervicitis.
