摘　　要：羚羊角属于名贵中药材,应用范围广,临床疗效卓著,在小儿高热等危重病症治疗中发挥着重要作用。本文对羚羊角及其相关制剂镇静催眠、抗惊厥、镇痛、抗癫痫、抗炎、解热、抗病原微生物、抗血栓、改变血管通透性、抗高血压、镇咳祛痰、增强免疫等药理作用进行了系统归纳与总结,旨在为深化羚羊角相关研究提供参考。Cornu Saigae Tataricae,a kind of rare herb,widely used in clinic,has great clinical effects,plays an important role in the treatment of critical diseases,such as high fever of children,etc.This paper summed up the pharmacological effects of Cornu Saigae Tataricae and its related preparations,as hypnosis,sedative anticonvulsant,analgesic,anti-inflammatory,antipyretic,anticonvulsant,anti-pathogenic microorganism,anti-thrombosis,changing vascular permeability,antihypertensive,antitussive and expectorant,immunoenhancement and so on,in order to provide references for deepening the related research on Cornu Saigae Tataricae.
