加速康复手术综合治疗模式在结直肠癌患者的应用

摘　　要：目的分析直肠癌手术治疗的患者给予加速康复手术综合治疗的效果。方法随机选取在温州医学院附属第二医院进行直肠癌手术的患者60例,根据随机数表法分为两组。对照组给予常规围术期护理,观察组进行加速康复护理干预,对比两组患者术后康复情况。结果对比两组术后康复情况,观察组腹腔引流[(1.1±0.6)d]、胃管放置时间[(1.2±0.6)d]、肛门排气恢复时间[(2.4±1.1)d]、术后住院天数[(9.4±1.4)d]、医疗费用[(1.3±0.4)万元],与对照组结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后出现各类并发症6例(20.0%),低于对照组的19例(63.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加速康复手术综合治疗着重于围术期干预,对结直肠癌手术的患者效果显著,加快恢复速度,保证患者免疫功能,术后并发症较少,降低医疗支出。Objective To analyze the surgical treatment of colorectal cancer patients to speed recovery operation comprehensive treatment effect.Methods 60 cases patients with colorectal cancer surgery in the Seconnd Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College were randomly selected according to the method of random numbers of two groups.Control group were given conventional perioperative nursing,the observation group were given accelerate rehabilitation nursing intervention,two groups of patients postoperative recovery were compared.Results Compared to two group of postoperative rehabilitation,the observation group of abdominal cavity drainage time [（1.1±0.6） d],stomach tube placed time [（1.2±0.6） d],anal exhaust recovery time [（2.4±1.1） d],postoperative hospitalization [（9.4±1.4） d],medical costs [（13±4） thousand yuan],were lower than those in control group with significantly differences （P ＜ 0.05）.The observation group with all kinds of postoperative complications appeared 6 cases （20.0％）,which was lower than that in the control group of 19 cases （63.3％）,with significant difference （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The operation speed recovery treatment for perioperative interventions for colorectal cancer surgery patients has significant effect,and can speed up the recovery rate,guarantee the immune function of patients with less postoperative complications,and can reduce health-care spending.
