疏肝健脾丸的制备及临床研究

摘　　要：目的为慢性肝炎和肝炎后肝硬化患者提供纯中药制剂产品,观察其临床疗效。方法介绍制剂处方,制备工艺和质量控制方法,以甘利欣注射液为对照,对我院同期60例肝病患者进行疗效观察。随机分为治疗组30例(用疏肝健脾丸与甘利欣注射液联合治疗),对照组30例(用甘利欣治疗)。结果治疗组疗效显著,总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为76.67%。两组比较,差异有统汁学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏肝健脾丸具有安全有效,服用方便,价格低廉,毒副作用小等优点,联合甘利欣注射液治疗慢性肝炎和肝炎后肝硬化疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To prepare and observe the clinical effect of Shugan Jianpi Pills. Methods Shugan Jianpi pills were prepared and its clinical effect was observed with Ganlixin injection as the control. 60 patients with liver diseases in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with bothSungan jianpi pills and Ganlixin injection and the control group was treated only with Ganlixin injection. Results The effect of the treatment group was obvious, and the total effective rate of the treatment group rate was 93.33%, whikethe control group was 76.67%. There was a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion he therapeutic effect of Shugan Jianpi pills combined with Ganlixin injection is obviousin chronic hepatitis and hepatitis cirrhosis and thus is worthy of clinical application.
