扼颈窒息死后不同时间血液生化学变化的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究家兔扼颈窒息死后不同时间血气分析检测值的变化,探讨应用血气分析检验方法鉴定扼死的时间范围。方法将24只健康家兔随机分为实验组与对照组各12只,实验组家兔采用扼颈窒息方法处死,对照组家兔采用颅脑损伤方式处死,比较两组家兔死后0.5、3、6、9、12 h的血气生化指标的变化。结果与对照组比较,实验组中血二氧化碳分压(PCO2)增高(P<0.01),碳酸氢根(HCO3-)、二氧化碳结合力(TCO2)增加(P<0.05),持续时间为7 h左右,7 h后逐渐下降;血氧分压(PO2)降低(P<0.05),血氧饱和度(O2SAT)下降(P<0.01),持续时间为7 h左右,7 h后逐渐下降;对照组8 h后PCO2和HCO3-逐渐增高,与实验组接近。结论扼死家兔死后7 h内血气分析检测值发生明显变化,在变化的时间段内进行血气分析检验有助于对扼死的法医学鉴定。Objective To study the change on analysis of the gases in blood of rabbits at the different time by manual strangulation and change limit time.Methods 24 cases of rabbits were divided into experimental group and control group,12 cases in each.The experimental group rabbits were put to death by manual strangulation,the control group rabbits were put to death by traumatic brain injury,the gases in blood after half hour,3 hours,6 hours,9 hours and 12 hours in two goups were measured respectively.Results Compared to control group,the experimental group rabbits PCO2 were increased （P〈0.O1）,HCO3-and TCO2 were increased （P〈0.05）,the change lasted 7 hours probably and after 7 hours which were reduced again.PO2 were decreased （P〈0.05） and O2SAT also reduced （P〈0.01）,which lasted 7 hours and after 7 hours were reduced.After 8 hours control group PCO2 and HCO3- were gradual increased,and that were approaching with experimental group.Conclusion The change of analysis of the gases in blood for rabbits by manual strangulation were obvious after death in 7 hours.There are significance on forensic medicine to measure the gases in biood in change time zone.
