“床尾宣教卡”在神经内科优质护理服务中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨“床尾宣教卡”在神经内科优质护理服务中的应用。方法将本科2011年7～12月用“床尾宣教卡”来实施优质护理服务的100例患者列为研究组，该组患者从人院到出院全程进行适时、有针对性的宣教。操作前后的告知以及疾病相关知识的健康教育。将本科2011年1-6月未实施该护理措施的60例住院患者列为对照组，用问卷的形式调查并比较两组患者及家属对护理健康教育工作的满意度以及本科护理人员对该措施的满意度的差异。结果研究组及对照组患者及家属对护理健康教育工作的满意度为98．0％、88.3％．差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；本科护理人员对护理健康教育工作的满意度分别为100．0％、78．3％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论应用“床尾宣教卡”来实施优质护理服务的措施，可提高患者及家属对护理健康教育工作的满意度以及本科护理人员对该措施的满意度。Objective To investigate the application of ＂bed tail education card＂ in neurology high nursing quality. Methods 100 patients in our department from July to December 2011 with ＂bed tail education card＂ to the implementation of high quality nursing service as the study group,the group of patients from admission to discharge the timely, targeted and the mission,operation informed and health education of knowledge related to the disease,while 60 patients in our department from January to June 2011 were as the control group,used questionnaires to investigate and differ- ences on the measures of satisfaction were compared between two groups of patients and their families on the job sat- isfaction degree of nursing health education and nursing staff in our department.Results The study group and control group of patients and their families on the job satisfaction degree of nursing health education was 98.0%,88.3% re- spectively,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）;nursing staff in our department on the job satisfaction degree of nurs- ing health education was 100.0%,78.3% respectively,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conelusion Implementing the high-quality nursing services through the use of ＂bed tail education card＂ measures,can improve the patients and their families to the work of nursing health education and nursing staff satisfaction,satisfaction of the measures.
