优质护理服务在围术期先天性心脏病患儿中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理服务在围术期先天性心脏病（CHD）患儿中的应用。方法选取2010年3月～2011年12月本院收治并诊断明确为CHD的患儿200例，随机分为干预组与对照组。每组100例。对照组患儿仅给予常规护理，干预组在常规护理的基础上给予优质护理。比较两组患儿手术前的心理状态和患儿家属满意度情况。结果干预组患儿心理状态明显优于对照组患儿，麻醉前两组患儿血浆去甲肾上腺素（NE）、肾上腺素（E）、皮质醇（Cs）水平比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。干预组患儿家属对护理工作的满意度优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论优质护理能够明显缓解患儿手术前的心理状态，有利于手术的正常开展，可提高患儿家属对护理工作的满意度，值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application of perioperative quality care on children with congenital heart disease （CHD）.Methods 200 cases of patients in hour hospital from March 2010 to December 2011 were selected and ran- domly divided into intervention group and control group,each group contained 100 cases.The control group received routine care,the intervention group received quality care on the basis of routine nursing.The children＇s psychological state and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The children＇s psychological state of intervention group was better than that of the control group.The plasma NE,E and Cs-tevel data before anesthesia of two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）.The nursing job satisfaction for children＇s parents of intervention group was better than that of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The quality care can effectively alle- viate the children＇s psychological state and nursing job satisfaction of congenital heart patients.It is worth for clinical application and promotion.
