摘　　要：本文整理了JCI标准第四版对儿童特殊群体医疗服务的特别要求。除满足通用的与成人医疗服务要求外,在国际患者安全目标、患者和家属的权利、患者评估、患者服务、交流和信息管理、质量改进与患者安全、设施管理与安全、药品管理与使用、麻醉与手术九个章节均有对儿童医疗服务的明确要求。管理者和医护人员需要熟悉这些信息,以利于增进医疗服务的安全性。The article summarized the special requirements of health care services for children patients.In addition to meet the requirements of health care for adult patients,health care providers should pay attention to the requirements specified in the chapters including international patient safety goals,patient and family rights,assessment of patients, care of patients,communications and information,quality improvement and patient safety,facility management and safety, medication management and use,anesthesia and surgical care.Managers and medical staff need to be familiar with these information in order to improve the safety of health care services.
