某专科医院护理人员循证护理认知现状调查及对策

摘　　要：目的了解护理人员对循证护理(EBN)的认知现状,提出相应对策。方法采用自行设计的问卷对某专科医院当班护理人员进行EBN认知状况的调查。结果 6.76%的护理人员熟悉EBN知识,21.71%的护理人员对EBN知识有所了解,43.06%的护理人员听说过EBN,28.47%的护理人员从未听说过。54.09%和38.79%的护理人员认为有机会可了解和希望了解EBN的相关知识。仅有8.54%的护理人员经常关注EBN。获得EBN知识的来源:医学讲座占56.94%、医学杂志占58.01%、网络信息占69.40%、高年资护士占46.26%。对EBN信息资源了解:29.18%的护理人员不知道,46.28%的护理人员听说过,21.00%的护理人员有所了解,仅有3.56%的护理人员熟悉。循证技能上,护理人员遇到临床护理问题的解决方法:45.20%的护理人员采用EBN的科学证据、57.65%的护理人员采取查阅文献、32.38%的护理人员凭个人经验解决、61.57%的护理人员采取向高年资护士请教。结论护理教育工作者应改革课程体系,重视、完善护生EBN的基础知识及EBN技能培养。医院应对临床护士给予行政支持,领导要重视EBN,确保EBN的实施。Objective To explore the cognitive status of evidence-based nursing （EBN） in nurse and find the solutions. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used as measurement implements for investing the cognitive status of evidence-based nursing in nurse of a specialized hospital. Results 6.76% of the nurse was familiar to the knowledge of EBN,21.71% of the nurse was known a little about the knowledge of EBN,43.06% of the nurse was heard about the knowledge of EBN,28.47% of the nurse was known nothing about the knowledge of EBN.54.09% and 38.79% of the nurse could and wanted to study the knowledge of EBN.Only 8.54% of the nurse usually concerned for EBN.The information source of EBN：56.94% of the nurses got the knowledge of EBN from the medical lecture,56.94% of the nurses got the knowledge of EBN from the medical lecture,58.01% of the nurses got the knowledge of EBN from the medical journals,69.40% of the nurses got the knowledge of EBN from the internet.46.26% of the nurses got the knowledge of EBN from the senior nurse.The understanding of information resource：29.18% of the nurses did not how to get information of EBN,46.28% of the nurses heared about how to get information of EBN,21.00% of the nurses known a littile about how to get information of EBN,3.56% of the nurses was familiar to how to get information of EBN.The solutions of clinical nurse problems：45.20% of the nurses used the EBN,57.65% of the nurses used the literature,32.38% of the nurses used experience and 61.57% of the nurses asked to senior nurse. Conclusion The nursing education should be reformed for strengthening the basic knowledge of EBN and basic skill of EBN.The hospital should take some administrative support for the executing of EBN.
