摘 要:目的探讨多导睡眠监测在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)手术治疗效果观察中的应用。方法选取84例符合儿童OSAHS诊断的患儿,其中,腭扁桃体Ⅱ度及以上肥大54例,腺样体肥大30例,对患儿进行术前术后多导睡眠监测,以此评估手术治疗的效果。结果手术后患儿最低血氧饱和度(LSaO2)显著提高,呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、血氧饱和度<90%氧累积时间占总监测时间百分比(TS90%)明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对患儿进行多导睡眠监测为确诊上气道阻塞的情况提供了准确的数据,扁桃体和(或)腺样体切除术前术后进行多导睡眠监测能客观有效地评价手术疗效。Objective To investigate the application of polysomnography(PSG) in the surgical efficacy evaluation of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS). Methods 84 children with OSAHS were selected,of which 54 children had grade Ⅱ palatine tonsil hypertrophy and above and 30 children had adenoidal hypertrophy.Preoperative and postoperative PSG monitoring was conducted in order to evaluate the surgical efficacy. Results After the surgery,the lowest oxygen saturation(LSaO2) increased significantly,the apnea hypopnea index(AHI) and the TS90 were decreased significantly,the differences were all statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Giving the PSG monitoring to the children provides accurate data for the diagnosis of upper respiratory tract obstruction.taking the PSG monitoring before and after the tonsils and/or adenoid resection can evaluate the surgical efficacy objectively.
