摘  要:1997~ 1999年对甘蓝、花椰菜转Bt抗虫基因R0 代及R1代植株离体叶片进行了抗虫检测试验。结果表明 ,使用小菜蛾 1龄幼虫 ,每9cm圆形叶片接种 2 0条 ,在 2 0~ 2 2℃培养 5~6d ,以校正死亡率和叶片损害程度综合评估抗虫性 ,可取得有效的结果 ,此检测方法比较简便 ,可用于单株抗虫性的初步筛选。In vitro leaf testings of R 0 and R 1 plants from Bt-transgenic cabbage (Brassica oleracea var.capitata) and cauliflower (B.oleracea var.botrytis)for evaluating resistance to cabbage worm or cabbage moth larvae were made in 1997~1999.The results showed that good effecs might be attained through determining corrected mortality of larvae and damage degree of leaves after inoculating first-instar cabbage moth larvae on each leaf disc(9cm in diameter) and 5~6 days culture at 20~22℃. This testing method is simpler and can be used in priliminary selection of single plant resistant to cabbage moth.
