摘 要:对评价水稻不同基因型 (耐低磷基因型和低磷敏感基因型 )耐低磷能力的指标进行统计分析表明 ,以 0 .5mg/L(P)为低磷处理 ,培养到五叶一心期能较好地区分水稻耐低磷基因型和低磷敏感基因型品种。耐低磷基因型在低磷时单株绿叶数、苗高、茎基宽、叶龄、磷含量和吸磷量等方面都有较明显的优势。其中 ,低磷处理与对照的叶龄、磷含量、吸磷量、干物重等相对值在不同基因型间存在极显著的差异 ,叶龄相对值可作为水稻苗期耐低磷能力鉴定的形态学指标 ,这对于水稻耐低磷遗传研究具有重要意义。Through the statistic analysis of some indexes used for evaluating tolerance of different rice genotypes to low phosphorus treatment (LP) in green house sand culture trial, it is indicated that (i) the genotypes tolerant and sensitive to LP (0.5mg/L) can be well differentiated at 6-leaf age; (ii) compared with the sensitive genotype, the tolerant genotype is superior in green leave number per plant, seedling height, stem wide, leaf age, P content, there are very significant differences in relative leaf age, P content, P absorption and dry weight between tolerant and sensitive genotypes in LP and CK; and (iii) the relative leaf age can be used as a morphological index for evaluating the tolerance of genotypes to LP at seedling stage and will play an important role in studying the inheritance of tolerance to LP in rice genetic segregation population.
