摘 要:采用水热的方法合成了3种不同孔径介孔氧化硅材料,并通过3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷对其进行表面修饰。采用TEM、N2吸附-脱附曲线、FT-IR以及元素分析等多种手段对材料进行表征。以阿霉素为模型药物,重点考察了孔径和表面功能化对材料药物吸附和缓释性能的影响。结果表明,孔径尺寸对药物的吸附性能影响不大,而对药物释放的影响较大,孔径越大,释放越快;氨基功能化材料的吸附性能较功能化前明显增强,其控制缓释行为更加明显。Three mesoporous silica materials with different pore sizes were prepared by hydrothermal method and functionalized with 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane.The TEM,N2 adsorption-desorption,FT-IR and elemental analysis were employed to characterize the obtained materials.Doxorubicin (DOX) was used as a model drug to test the influence of pore size and surface modification on adsorption and release properties of mesoporous materials.The results showed that pore sizes have slight influence on the DOX loading while affect the DOX release.Due to the strong affinity interaction between the amino group and DOX,the amino group functionalized materials adsorb more DOX and the drug releases are in a more sustained manner than those from unmodified samples.
