摘  要:采用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察了Ti60合金近β锻造后的显微组织和室温拉伸试样、热稳定试样的断口形貌并确定断裂方式。结果表明:Ti60合金采用近β锻造,获得三态组织;室温拉伸试样断口裂纹源起源于试样中心,断面凹凸不平,既有韧窝形貌又有解理断裂特征,为混合型断口;热稳定试样断口裂纹源位于试样边缘,断口表面平整,为典型的解理断裂特征;试样经热暴露后,强度变化不大,塑性明显降低。The near-beta forging processes of Ti60 alloy were conducted and the microstructures,the fracture morphology of tensile specimen at room temperature and thermal stability specimen and fracture morphology were observed by SEM and OM.Through the observation,their fracture morphologies were investigated and then the fracture mode was also determined.The results show that the tri-modal microstructure was obtained after the near-beta forging.There were sags and crests on the fracture surface of tensile specimen at room temperature,and the origin of fracture crack of which was in the center of the sample.And the fracture mode was a hybrid fracture which contains ductile and cleavage characteristics.The origin of fracture crack of thermal stability specimen was located at the edge of the sample.And its fracture morphology was smooth and possessed typical cleavage characteristics.After thermal exposure,the strength of specimen changed relatively little,but the ductility decreased obviously.
