制备工艺对工业纯铜表面陶瓷渗铝复合涂层组织及性能的影响

摘  要:分别采用固体渗铝、热喷涂渗铝工艺制备陶瓷渗铝复合涂层,比较制备工艺对复合涂层形貌、物相、热震、结合强度和耐磨性的影响。实验结果显示,采用热喷涂渗铝工艺制备的陶瓷渗铝复合涂层由于渗铝温度远高于固体渗铝工艺,因此新相种类多,同时其涂层结合强度、热震性能和耐磨性较固体渗铝复合涂层也有显著提高;其耐磨粒磨损性能较基体提高至6.176倍,耐粘着磨损性能(干磨/油磨)较基体提高至6.244倍和10.000倍,均优于固体渗铝复合涂层的4.271倍、3.697倍和9.333倍。The ceramic-alurninimizing composite coatings were prepared with solid aluminizing and thermalspraying method respectively,differences of morphology,XRD,thermal-shock-resistance,bonding strength as well as abrasive and adhesive wear-reisistance properties were compared.The results show that composite coating prepared by thermal-spraying method showed more excellent properties of bonding strength,morphology,thermal-shock-resistance as well as its abrasive and adhesive wear-resis-tance properties:abrasive wear-resistance of ceramic coatings prepared by thermal-spraying method was improved to 6.176 times,while their adhesive wear-resistance was improved to 6.244times and 10.000 times respectively,compared with 4.271 times,3.697 times and 9.333 times of that prepared by solid aluminizing method.
