摘　　要：目的探讨影响血液样本检验质量的因素及临床控制策略,以提高血液样本检验的质量。方法回顾性分析我院在2012年1月至2012年7月采集的340份血液样本,并分析血液样本检验的质量。结果 340份临床血液生化检验标本中,不合格的标本有40例,占总数的11.76%。结论通过进行分析造成血液样本检验质量的因素主要有标本采集方法不当、抗凝剂和血量比例不合理等,所以规范采集方法,实施标准化工作能够有效提高检验的质量,为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。Objective To explore the factors influencing the quality of blood sample test and clinical control strategy, in order to improve the blood sample test quality. Methods A retrospective analysis of 340 blood samples in our hospital in 2012 January to 2012 July collection, and analysis of blood sample test quality. Results Of 340 clinical biochemical examination of blood samples, unqualified specimens of 40 cases, accounting for 11.76% of the total. Conclusion Through the analysis of factors causing the quality of blood sample collection methods are inappropriate, anticoagulants and volume ratio is not reasonable, so the code acquisition method, the implementation of standardized work can improve the inspection quality, provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
