摘 要:以叶面积仪实测的魔芋 (AmorphophallusrivieriDurieu)叶面积为参照 ,分别获得了用叶片上各小裂片的长径(L)与短径 (W)计算叶面积的校正值 (K1=0 .6 3)和用叶片上 3个羽片的长度 (D)与羽片的开张度 (E)计算叶面积的校正值 (K2 =0 .5 2 ) ;得到了用L和W计算的单株叶面积为 0 6 3∑ni=1 LiWi(n为小裂片总数 ) ,用D和E计算的单株叶面积为 0 5 2∑3i=1 DiEi(3为叶片的羽片数 )。经分析检验 ,用K1法计算的叶面积与实际叶面积的差值多在 10 %以下 ,可基本满足生产上叶面积测定的精度要求。而用K2 法计算的叶面积与实际叶面积的差值较大 ,尤其是生育前期 ,但其方法简便 。With the leaf area of elephant foot yam (Amorphophallus rivieri Durieu) measured with areameter as a reference, two rectification values ( K 1 =0.63, K 2 =0.52) were acquired. Of which, K 1 can be used to calculate leaf area by the volumes of long diameters ( L ) and short diameters ( W ) of leaflets on the compound leaf, and K 2 used to calculate leaf area by the lengths ( D ) of the three primary branches on the compound leaf and the extensions (E) between the two secondary branches. The total leaf area of a elephant foot yam plant calculated from L and W was 0 63∑ ni=1 L iW i ( n is the total number of leaflets of the plant), and that calculated from D and E was 0 52∑ 3i=1 D iE i (3 is the number of leaf branches). The comparison analysis showed that most of the differences between the leaf areas from K 1 method and those from areameter were less than 10%, which can satisfy the basic accuracy requirement of leaf area measurement in crop production; but the differences between leaf areas from K 2 method and areameter measured ones were larger, especially in early growing stages. However, as the K 2 method is simpler than K 1 , it may be used when leaf area is needed immediately in crop production but high accuracy requirement is unnecessary.
