摘 要:采用双丝熔化极惰性气体保护焊接(双丝MIG)方法,对厚20、40 mm的高氮奥氏体不锈钢板进行了焊接。研究了焊接接头的组织、硬度、力学特性及断口形貌。结果表明:高氮奥氏体不锈钢双丝MIG焊接热影响区和焊缝的组织为奥氏体+少量δ-铁素体,显微硬度明显低于母材;20 mm厚板双丝MIG焊接接头抗拉强度和韧性优于40 mm厚板;拉伸和冲击断口形貌为明显的韧窝。High nitrogen austenite stainless steel plates with thickness of 20 mm and 40 mm were welded by metal inert-gas arc welding, respectively. Microstructure, hardness, mechanical properties and fractography of welded joints were studied. Experiment results indicate that the microstructure of heat affected zone and welded joint is austenite and 8-ferrite, and the microhardness is significantly lower than that of base metal. The tensile strength and toughness of welded joints of 20 mm thick plates are higher than those of 40 mm thick plates. Fractographies of tensile and impact samples are dimple.
