摘 要:目的重度失血性休克影响可刺激机体S100B蛋白的表达,但限制性液体复苏对失血性休克后S100B蛋白表达的影响尚不清楚。探讨限制性液体复苏对未控制出血的失血性休克大鼠体内S100B蛋白的影响。方法 72只SD大鼠随机分成空白对照组、限制性液体复苏组、常规液体复苏组、未复苏组,每组18只,除空白对照组外,其余3组制成未控制出血的创伤失血性休克大鼠模型,分别进行不同形式的液体复苏,在复苏止血后的1、6、12 h采血处死大鼠,检测各组大鼠脑组织的S100B蛋白含量。结果空白对照组大鼠S100B蛋白基本无变化(P>0.05),而限制性液体复苏组大鼠及常规液体复苏大鼠在复苏止血后S100B蛋白逐渐上升,而且在6h以及12h的时间点,限制性液体复苏组大鼠S100B含量要明显低于常规液体复苏组(P<0.01)。结论限制性液体复苏可抑制失血性休克大鼠脑组织S100B蛋白的表达,S100B蛋白的表达可能与缺血—再灌注损伤相关。Objective Severe hemorrhagic shock (HS) can stimulate the expression of the S100B protein, but the influence of limited fluid resuscitation (LFR) on the S100B expression following HS is unclear. This study was to investigate the effects of limit- ed fluid resuscitation on the S100B protein in HS rats with uncontrolled hemorrhage. Methods Seventy-two SD rats were equally randomized into 4 groups: blank control, LFR, conventional fluid resuscitation (CFR) and non-resuscitation (NR). Models of trau- matic HS with uncontrolled hemorrhage were made in the latter three groups, and subjected to different types of fluid resuscitation, re- spectively. At 1,6 and 12 h after resuscitation and hemostasis, blood samples and cerebral tissues of the rats were collected for exami- nation of the content of the S100B protein. Results The expression of the S100B protein was basically unchanged in the blank con- trol rats ( P 〉 0.05 ), but gradually increased in the LFR and CFR groups after resuscitation and hemostasis. And it was significantly lower in the LFR than in the CFR group at 6 and 12 h (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion LFR can inhibit the expression of the S100B pro- tein in the cerebral tissue of HS rats with uncontrolled hemorrhage. The expression of the S100B protein may be related with ischemia- reperfusion injury.
