他汀类药物抗炎机制及其在神经病理性疼痛中的应用

摘　　要：神经系统炎症在神经病理性疼痛发生和发展过程中发挥着重要作用。最近的研究表明,他汀类药物因其具有独立于调节血脂外的抗炎作用,或能成为治疗神经病理性疼痛的新选择。文中对他汀类药物调节神经系统免疫反应,治疗神经病理性疼痛的分子机制作一概述。Neuroinflammation plays an important role in in the development and maintenance of neuropathic pain. Recent studies have indicated that statins may become a new option for the treatment of neuropathic pain because its anti-inflammatory effects being independent on adjustment of hyperlipemia. This paper presents an overview on the mechanisms how statins relieve neuropathic pain by modulation of immune reaction in nervous system.
