摘 要:糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,HbA1c)在糖尿病诊断、治疗和病情监测中起着十分重要的作用,并可作为糖尿病慢性并发症的危险预测指标之一。因此有关HbA1c检测的的标准化问题越来越引起人们关注。由于各个实验室采用不同的检测方法,因原理的不同以及各种仪器的分离能力高低的不同,导致检查结果差异较大。HbA1c水平不仅与该时期内血糖的平均水平有关,且与血红蛋白质与量有关。文中讨论了胎儿血红蛋白(fetal hemoglobin,HbF)对HbA1c检测系统的影响,应引起临床和各实验室的重视。Glycosylated hemoglobin plays a very important role in diabetic diagnosis, treatment and condition monitoring, and can be used as the risk prediction indexes of diabetic chronic complications. Therefore, the standardization of glycosylated hemoglobin testing are attracting more and more attention. Because different laboratories use different testing methods, as well as the separation a- bility of various equipment are different, which leads to differences of test results. Glyeosylated hemoglobin level is related to not only the period mean blood glucose levels, but the quality and quantity of the hemoglobin. This article discusses the impact of HbF on glyco- sylated hemoglobin testing system, it should cause the attention of the clinical and laboratory.
