摘  要:针对某款摩托车发动机机械异响故障诊断依靠人工听诊的现状,基于LabVIEW平台开发一套摩托车发动机异响故障在线检测系统。详细介绍了在线检测系统的软硬件设计及主要功能,采用声强法确定了传声器的测点位置,利用火花塞导线的感应电压进行发动机的转速测量,并阐述了基于声学互动滤波分析的异响特征频率识别方法,以及异响识别在LabVIEW软件中的实现。生产线上的应用表明,该在线检测系统性能稳定,对常见机械异响的识别准确率达90%以上,达到防止异响发动机流入后续生产流程的目标。According to the current situation that the fault diagnosis for mechanical abnormal sound of the motorcycle engines still depends on experience of the technician, an online detection system was designed and developed based on the LabVIEW platform. The design of the software and hardware of the online detection system and its main functions were introduced in detail. This online detection system adopted acoustic intensity technique to define the location of the measuring point for the microphone, and used the induced voltage of the spark plug wires to measure the engine speed. Then the frequency identification method of abnormal sound based on the acoustic interactive filtering analysis was expounded theoretically and the identification of abnormal sound was achieved in LabVIEW. The application on the production line shows that the online detection system has reliable performance, and the accuracy rate of the identification of common mechanical abnormal sound is more than 90%, which meets the goal to prevent the unqualified engines into the subsequent production process.
