温州地区1269例变应性鼻炎患者变应原皮肤点刺试验结果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究温州地区变应性鼻炎(AR)主要致敏变应原的分布特征,为AR的预防和临床诊断提供参考。方法:将变应原分为吸入性变应原和食入性变应原两类,结合患者性别、年龄和受试季节等因素,对温州地区1 269例AR患者皮肤点刺试验(SPT)结果进行回顾性分析。结果:温州地区吸入性变应原SPT阳性率为73.84%,主要变应原为屋尘螨和粉尘螨。吸入性变应原SPT阳性率与年龄相关,与性别、季节无明显相关,但狗上皮、桦树、干草尘埃阳性率分布具有季节性特征。食入性变应原SPT阳性率为20.17%,主要变应原为小虾。食入性变应原SPT阳性率与性别、年龄相关,与季节无明显相关,但蟹类阳性率分布具有季节性特征。结论:温州地区AR致敏变应原SPT阳性率存在一定的性别、年龄和季节分布特征,吸入性变应原SPT阳性率高于食入性变应原;屋尘螨、粉尘螨是温州地区最主要的致敏原。Objective： To study the distribution characteristics of the major allergens in patients with allergicrhinitis （AR） in Wenzhou region and provide a reference for the prevention and clinical diagnosis of AR. Methods： We took a retrospective analysis of the allergen skin-prick test （SPT） results in 1 269 cases of allergic rhinitis patients in Wenzhou, dividing the allergens into inhalant allergens and ingestive allergens. The test results were statistically analyzed in consideration of gender, age and season etc. Results： The positive rate of inhalant allergens SPT was 73.84%. The main inhalant allergens are house dust mites and dust mites. The SPT positive rate of inhalant allergens was correlated with age but not significantly correlated with gender or season. Among the inhalant allergens the SPT positive rate of dog epithelium, birch, hay of the dust features was correlated with season. The SPT positive rate of ingestive allergen was 20.17%. The major ingestive allergen was shrimp. The SPT positive rate of ingestive allergen was correlated with sex and age but not significantly correlated with season. Among the ingestive allergens the SPT positive rate of crab was correlated with season. Conclusion： The SPT positive rate distribution had certain characteristics of gender, age and season in patients with AR in Wenzhou region. The SPT positive rate of inhalant allergens was higher than that of ingestive allergens. House dust mites and dust mites are the main allergens in Wenzhou.
