摘　　要：分析了在机关文书档案归档整理中存在的问题,指出要遵循一定原则规范有序地整理档案;还要按照文件形成的规律,保持文件之间的有机联系,区分文件不同价值,便于保管和利用。The paper analyzes problems in organ documentary archives management, points out that standardized and orderly managing archives should follow certain principles; According to formed rules of documents, managing archives keeps organic connection among documents, distinguishes between different value files to facilitate their storage and usage.
