摘　　要：目的研究B淋巴细胞激活因子与儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的相关性。方法选择特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿作为观察组,给予免疫抑制剂治疗1周,同期体检的健康儿童作为对照组,采用酶联免疫法检测外周血中BAFF,PAIgG,PAIgM,PAIgA和PLT指标。结果治疗前,观察组中急性型和慢性型患者外周血BAFF,PAIgG,PAIgM,PAIgA均明显高于对照组,PLT计数明显少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组外周血BAFF,PAIgG,PAIgM,PAIgA指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论BAFF的过度表达诱导自身抗体PAIg的产生与ITP的发生关系密切。Objective To study the relationship between B cell activating factor belonging to the TINF family（BAFF） and child idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（ITP）. Methods Children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura were given immunosuppressant therapy for one week. Healthy children served as control group. BAFF, PAIgG, PAIgM, PAIgA, PLT levels in peripheral blood were measured by ELISA. Results Before treatment, BAFF, PAIgG, PAIgM, PAIgA levels in patients with chronic or acute ITP were significantly higher than that in normal controls while PLT counts were significantly lower in ITP than in normal controls （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, there were no significant differences in all parameters measured between ITP and controls （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion PAIg antibodies induced by overexpression of BAFF are closely associated with the development of ITP.
