男性尖锐湿疣患者尿道黏膜HPV6/11型DNA的检测

摘　　要：目的探讨男性尖锐湿疣患者尿道黏膜人乳头瘤病毒6/11型的感染情况。方法采用PCR荧光法对43例男性尖锐湿疣患者疣体和尿道黏膜进行HPV6/11型核酸定性、定量检测。同时对20例健康男性的尿道黏膜进行检测。结果患者疣体处检出阳性例数为37例(86.05%),同时尿道黏膜检测阳性例数为27例(62.79%),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);尖锐湿疣患者尿道黏膜的阳性率明显高于健康男性(5.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。针对患者HPV6/11型定量检测结果显示:疣体的病毒载量为(6.90×107)±(3.87×108),而且不同的患者虽然病程长短有区别,但病毒载量却无明显差异;尿道黏膜的病毒载量为(4.51×106)±(1.23×107),与疣体的病毒载量差异无统计学意义。结论男性尖锐湿疣患者的尿道黏膜存在着HPV6/11型的亚临床或隐性感染。Objective To determine the infection of human papillomavirus types 6/11 in urinary mucosa of male patients with condyloma acuminatum. Methods Qualitative and quantitative detections of HPV6/1 ] nucleic acid were performed with PCR in urinary mucosae and warts from 43 male patients with condyloma acuminaturn and in urinary mucosae from 27 normal controls. Results 37 patients （86.05%）were HPV6/11 positive in warts, and 27 cases（62.79% ） were HPV6/ll positive in urinary mucosae. The positive rate in warts was higher than that in urinary mucosae（P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive rate in urinary mucosae from patients was higher than that from normal controls （5.00% , P 〈 0.05 ）. The quantitative results of HPV6/11 showed that viral loads in warts and urinary mueosae were（6.90×10^7 ） ± （ 3.87 ×10^8 ） and （4.51 ×10^6 ） ± （ 1.23 ×10^7 ） , respectively（P 〉 0.05）. Viral load did not vary with the course of＇ the disease. Conclusion There are subclinical papillomaviral or latent papillomaviral infection in urinary mucosa of male patients with condyloma acuminatum.
