盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗性病疑病症40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗性病疑病症临床疗效。方法将80例性病疑病症患者随机分为两组,各40例。治疗组予每晚口服盐酸帕罗西汀片20mg,同时口服维生素C片0.2g,3次/d;对照组仅口服维生素C片,用法同治疗组。两组均治疗4周。结果治疗组有效率87.50%,对照组有效率67.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应:治疗组中少数病例出现胃肠道不适、嗜睡、头晕症状。结论盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗性病疑病症疗效确切,可改善焦虑和抑郁症状。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of paroxetine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of venereal disease phobia. Methods Eighty cases of venereal disease phobia were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases in the treatment group were treated with oral paroxetine hydrochloride tablet 20mg once a night and oral vitamin C 0.2g 3 times daily tor 4 weeks. 40 patients in the control group were treated with oral vitamin C 0.2g 3 times daily for 4 weeks. Results The effective rates for the treatment and control group were 87. 50% and 67.50%, respectively （P 〈 0.05 ）. The adverse effects included uncomfortable gastrointestinal symptoms, somnolence and dizziness. Conclusion Paroxetine hydrochloride tablet is effective in the treatment of venereal disease phobia and improves symptoms of anxiety and depression.
