摘　　要：患者男,52岁。口唇反复肿胀20余年,皱襞舌及面瘫10余年。皮肤科情况:下唇肿胀,质韧,压之无凹陷,伸舌稍向右侧歪斜,舌体肥大,舌苔厚,呈乳白色,舌面有明显沟纹,表面有数条皱襞。皮损组织病理示:真皮深层上皮样细胞肉芽肿改变。诊断:完全型Melkersson-Rosenthal综合征。A 52-year-old man had a reeun＇ing swelling of the lip for 20 years, and lingua plicata and facial paralysis for 10 years. Physical examination revealed firm nonpitting edema of the lower lip, enlarged white scrotal tongue. The histopathologieal examination showed non-necrotic epithelioid granulomas in the deep dermis. Diagnosis ： Complete Melkersson-Rosenthal Syndrome.
