氟芬那酸丁酯软膏联合依巴斯汀片治疗多形性日光疹49例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察氟芬那酸丁酯软膏联合依巴斯汀治疗多形性日光疹的临床疗效。方法将入选的98例多形性日光疹患者随机分成两组,各49例。治疗组给予氟芬那酸丁酯软膏外用,对照组给予丁酸氢化可的松乳膏外用,均2次/d,疗程14d。两组患者均予口服依巴斯汀片10mg,1次/d。结果治疗7d时治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为69.39%和71.43%,治疗14d时分别为81.63%和79.59%,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论氟芬那酸丁酯软膏联合依巴斯汀片治疗多形性日光疹安全有效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of butyl flufenamate ointment（Bute） plus ebastine tablets in the treatment of polymorphie light eruption （PLE）. Method A total of 98 patients with PLE were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into two groups, 49 cases for each group. The treated group received topical butyl flufenamate ointment while the control group received hydrocortisone butyrate cream twice daily for 14 days. Patients in both groups were orally administered with eblastine tablets 10mg, once daily. Results After 7 days treatment, the effective rates in the treated and the control group were 69.39% and 71.43% , respec- tively （P 〉 0.05 ） ; Aflerl4 clays treatment the effective rates were 81.63 % for treated group and 79.59% for contro group（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Topical butyl flufenamate（Bute） ointment in combination with eblas- tine tablets is effective and safe in the treatment of polymorphic light eruption.
