膝关节置换术后应用亚低温冷敷技术的效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]研究亚低温冷敷技术在膝关节置换术术后治疗出血、肿胀、疼痛等症状的效果。[方法]本院2012年5月～2013年2月实施膝关节置换术后受试者60例患者,男15例,女45例;年龄50～75岁。采用随机、开放及平行对照的实验方法,分为两组。实验组采用亚低温冷敷技术对术后创伤局部冷敷,对照组采用普通冰袋冷敷。两组均于24 h后观察出血量、肿胀及疼痛的程度,并对结果做量化分析。[结果]与对照组比较:实验组术后24 h出血量明显减少,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);肿胀和疼痛程度明显减轻,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。[结论]膝关节置换术后应用亚低温冷敷技术,可有效减少创口的出血量,减轻肢体肿胀及疼痛,减少患者对镇静止痛剂的依赖性。且操作简单、降温速度快,值得临床推广。[ Objective] To determine the effect of therapeutic hypothermia on errhysis, swelling, and pain after total knee arthroplasty. [Methods] A total of 60 patients （15 men and 45 women） aged 50 -75 years were enrolled from May 2012 to February 2013. They were divided into two groups using a randomized, open, and parallel -controlled method. Therapeutic hy- pothermia was used as treatment in the experimental group, whereas conventional bandaging was used in the control group. Recovery conditions were observed 24 h after treatment in both groups. [ Results ] Significant differences in postoperative blood loss, swelling, and level of pain between the two groups were seen. Therapeutic hypothermia applied after total knee ar- throplasty had an obvious advantage over the conventional treatment. [ Conclusion ] Therapeutic hypothermia after total knee arthroplasty relieved limb pain and swelling, as well as reduced the wound bleeding volume and dependence on analgesics and sedatives. The advantage of low surgical complexity, rapid hypothermia effect, and visual display of this treatment is worthwhile for further use in clinical practice.
