摘  要:[目的]设计添加谷氨酰胺的新型血液保存液,探讨对保存红细胞膜的影响及其在骨科手术自体输血中的作用。[方法]选取标本分实验组A和对照组B,每组均为相对应的1~10管,其中A组血液保存液为ACD配方血液保存液和丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液稀释液,B组血液保存液为ACD配方血液保存液,比较两组采血后第6、15、21、28 d标本微量游离血红蛋白(free hemoglobin,FHB)检测结果。[结果]A组标本第6、15、21 d测定的FHB均在正常范围内,B组第6、15、21、28 d测定的FHB高于正常范围,A与B组间比较均有显著性差异(P≤0.05)。[结论]骨科手术使用ACD配方血液保存液和丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液制成的新型血液保存液,对红细胞膜具有明显的保护作用,可延长血液存储期及有效提高输血效果。[ Objective ] To assess the protective effect of a new liquid blood preservative containing glutanfineon red blood cell membranes and its effect on autologous blood transfusion during orthopedic operations. [ Methods ] The blood specimens were distributed into 2 experimental groups, A and B, with each group consisting of 1 - 10 tubes. The findings of both groups were compared. The blood preservative used in group A was an anticoagulant citrate dextrose (ACD) formula and the blood pre- servative used in group B was an ACD formula along with an alanyl - glutamine injection diluent. We compared the results of the free hemoglobintest (FHB) of the 2 groups at 6, 15, 21, and 28 days after collection. [ Results] The FHB values for group A were similar to the normal values at 6, 15, and 21 days, whereas the FHB values for group B were higher than the normal values at 6, 15, 21, and 28 days. There was a significant difference between the FHB values of group A and B (P〈0. 05) . [ Con- clusion] Thus, we indicate that a new kind of a liquid blood preservative, including ACD formula and alanyl -glutamine injec- tion and developed for use in orthopedic operations, has a significant protective effect on the red blood cell membranes and im- proves blood transfusion during orthopedic operations.
