脊柱调衡手法联合中药热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察脊柱调衡手法联合中药热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:160例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组,治疗组80例采用脊柱调衡手法和中药热敷治疗,对照组80例采用床头骨盆牵引法和中药热敷治疗,2个疗程后,观察治疗前后VAS疼痛评分和ODI指数变化。结果:治疗后两组VAS疼痛评分和ODI指数均有显著改善(P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:手法、牵引法均为保守治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法,脊柱调衡手法优于床头骨盆牵引法。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of rotatory manipulation of spine fixed point combined with herbal fumigation for treating lumbar disc herniation （LDH）. Methods： All 160 patients with LDH were randomly divided into two groups, 80 patients in each group. The patients of treatment group were used rotatory manipulation of spine fixed point combined with herbal fumigation. The patients of control group were used fixed belt traction combined with herbal fumigation. The changes of VAS score and ODI index of the all patients were analyzed two courses after treatment. Results：The VAS score and ODI index were significantly improved after treatment in the patients of two groups （P〈0.01）, the curative effect of treatment group was better than control group （P〈0.05）. There were not significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Both of maneuver and fixed belt traction are effective for LDH. The curative effect of maneuver is better than fixed belt traction.
