摘 要:通过优化钼和镍元素的含量,研制了一种焊接工艺优良的马氏体不锈钢硬面药芯焊丝,并采用埋弧焊堆焊方法在Q235钢基体上制备了堆焊层,研究了钼、镍含量对堆焊层组织、硬度和高温耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:堆焊层显微组织均由马氏体、残余奥氏体、碳化物组成;添加钼和镍元素后能够提高堆焊层的硬度和高温耐磨性能;且当钼、镍的质量分数均为2%时,得到的堆焊层的硬度和高温耐磨性能均最好,硬度为47.8HRC,磨损质量损失为3.6mg。A kind of martensitic stainless hard-facing flux-cored wire with good weldability was developed by optimizing the contents of Mo and Ni. The deposited metals were prepared on Q235 steel substrate by submerged arc welding, and the effects of Mo and Ni content on microstructure, hardness and high temperature wear resistance of deposited metal were studied. The results show that the microstructure of deposited metals were martensitic, retained austenite and carbide. The hardness and high temperature wear resistance of deposited metal could be obviously improved by adding Mo and Ni, and could reached the best when the content of Mo and Ni was 2wr%, respectively, and the hardness was 47.8 HRC and the loss mass was 3.6 mg.
