摘 要:水泥工业使用煤作为燃料。煤的品质不同,造成水泥产品质量的差异性。近年来,众多水泥厂开始使用低质煤作为燃料生产水泥熟料。本文选取西南地区两家水泥厂X1和X2使用的无烟煤和烟煤进行实验(煤的工业分析、粒度分析和热分析),同时取实际生产的熟料进行岩相显微结构分析。结果表明:X1的煤是高灰分、低挥发分的无烟煤,X2的煤品质优于X1的煤。X1的煤D50为19.896μm,而X2的煤D50为27.280μm。X1的煤着火温度460.1℃,反应活化能为261.772 kJ/mol,X2煤的着火温度为315.1℃,反应活化能为207.055 kJ/mol,X2的煤燃烧性能优于X1的煤。根据岩相显微结构照片可以看出X1的熟料结构良好,质量好;X2的熟料煅烧质量差,属于欠烧熟料。说明用低质煤作为燃料,煅烧出良好的熟料是切实可行的。Coal is widely used in cement industry as fuel. The different qualities of coal make the difference between the qualities of cement. In recent years, many cement plants have used inferior coal to produce clinker. In this paper, two kinds of coal from two cement plants in southwest China were analyzed ( proximate analysis of coal, heat output of coal and thermal analysis). One was anthracite coal, marked as X1, and the other one was bituminous coal, marked as X2. Also, the clinker's microstructure analysis was taken by reflective microscope. The results showed that the particle median diameter was 19. 896 μm of X1 and 27. 280 Ixm of X2. The ignition temperature and activation energy of X1 respectively were 460.1 ℃ and 261. 772 kJ/mol while that of X2 were 315.1 ℃ and 207. 055 kJ/mol, which meant that X2 was better than X1 in combustion performance. According to the petrographic microscopic photographs, the quality of the well-formed clinker calcined by X1 was better than X2, which was underburnt. It explained that producing clinker of good quality with inferior coal was feasible.
