摘 要:为了降低煤矿机械化生产过程中由于人机不匹配造成人为事故发生的概率,以煤矿生产系统中矿工为研究对象,探讨其安全能力的概念和内涵,认为人员安全能力是由矿工对其所处的人-机-环境各要素知识的掌握状况决定的,由此构建矿工安全能力模型。最后以河南某煤矿采煤工作面高爆不断电事故为例,从而表明该模型的有效性。In order to decrease the probability of accidents due to human factor that because of the mismatch of man-machine in coal mine mechanization production, based on the relevant study in the definition of staff safety capacity, take miners in the coal mine production system as research object, discuss the concept and the connotation of safety capacity, to the conclusion that the staff Safety capacity is decided by the master status of each factor knowledge that operators in the specific man-machine-environment, thus constructing model of the operator safety capacity. Finally,take a coal mine in Henan coal face high explosive uninterruptable power accident for example, analysis the safety capacity of miners through the model, so as to show the validity of the model.
