摘　　要：文中以废旧矿区建筑改造为背景,阐述了施工过程中节能改造、节地改造以及节水改造等绿色技术。该技术的应用实现了废旧矿区建筑改造投资小、见效快、转型快的目的,是今后城市废旧工业场地改造的首选。This paper used to mine construction and transformation as a background, elaborated construction process for energy saving, land reform and water-saving transformation in green technology.The application of the technology of waste mine construction and transformation of reality of small investment, quick, quick transformation goal, become thc future city waste industrial site choice for transformation.
