摘　　要：通过分析我国现代化矿井建设的主要特点,分析了矿井建设与规划中存在的问题,从而试图探索出提高煤炭矿区规划,对完善现代化矿区建设的重要意义,以便为提高矿区建设的科学性、合理性、规范性提供依据,并为提高煤炭产业的综合效益奠定坚实的基础。Through the analysis of the main teatures ot our modern mine construction, analysis ot the existing problems in the mine construction and planning, which attempt to explore the coal mine planning, the perfect modern significance of the building of the mine, in order to provide a basis to improve the mining construction science, rationality, normative, and lay a solid foundation for the comprehensive benefits of the coal industry.
