摘　　要：文章介绍价值工程相关原理,引入模糊综合评价法,建立施工方案评价模型。方案综合评价中的加权评分法充分考虑专家和功能权重进行计算,并根据各方面的满足程度进行评价,提高了价值工程在施工方案评价与优化中的实用性。最后通过某矿井煤仓实例对模型进行分析评价,阐明价值工程模型在施工方案比选中的应用。The paper introduction of value engineering related principles,and quotes the tuzzy comprehensive appraisal method,then establish a construction scheme evaluation model.The weighted pointrating method of Scheme in comprehensive evaluation fully consider the weight of experts and function,and calculated,then according to various aspects of satisfaction to evaluate and improve the practicality of value engineering in construction scheme evaluation and optimization. Finally,with a mine coal bunker practical example of model analysis,the paper expounds the application of the value engineering evaluation model in construction scheme of the selected applications.
