摘　　要：随着现代化信息技术的迅猛发展,给我国的煤炭业带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战,为确保煤炭业健康稳定发展,要对信息化建设工作予以足够的关注和重视。文章主要从系统需求、质量标准、可用性,以及质量控制原则等方面对煤矿计算机网络工程与信息系统工程展开探讨。With the rapid development of modern information technology, to China^s coal industry has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges, in order to ensure the healthy and stable development of coal industry, to the information construction work shall be enough concern and attention.
