摘　　要：煤炭企业的发展在我国能源产业中有着举足轻重的作用。文章根据煤炭企业竞争特点,构建了我国煤炭企业综合竞争力的评价指标体系,结合模糊数学的相关理论与方法,建立了一种新的煤炭企业综合竞争力的模糊综合评价模型。该模型可为提升企业综合竞争力提供决策参考。The development of coal companies takes an important part of the whole energy industry of the country. In this article, according to the competition properties, an evaluation indexes system of the competitiveness of the coal companies was built. A new fuzzy comprehensive evaluation （FCE） model using fuzzy mathematics theories and methods was founded. And it can be used to provide decision references on improving the overall competitiveness of the companies.
