不同种衣剂对桔梗种子发芽率及幼苗质量的影响

摘　　要：以紫花桔梗种子为试材,进行标准发芽试验,研究了不同种衣剂处理对桔梗种子发芽率及幼苗质量的影响,以期筛选出适于在桔梗生产中应用的种衣剂和开发桔梗上专用的种衣剂。结果表明:不同种衣剂处理对桔梗种子发芽率影响不大,但对桔梗幼苗根长、幼苗重量等幼苗素质则有很大影响。在12种种衣剂中"好伙伴"、"噻虫嗪"的表现最佳,处理后发芽率较高、幼苗根长较长和幼苗重量较重;"福克戊"、"丁戊·福美双"、"火龙神"表现也较好;"士林神拌种王"、"老尿星"、"大豆拌种剂"和"豆霸·多福克"的表现较差,"甲柳·福美双"、"多福"和"破太苏"处理的表现最差。Taking Platycodon grandiflorum seed as test material, using the standard germination test the effect of different seed coating agents on germination rate and seedling quality of Platycodon grandiflorum were studied. Platycodon grandiflorum seed coating agents to apply in the production and lay the foundation for the development of Platycodon grandiflorum special coating were screening out. The results showed that seed coating agents treatment on the germination rate impact was not big,but it had a very good effect on Platycodon grandiflorurn seedling root length and seedling quality. In the 12 kinds of seed coating agents, showed the best processing was ＇Haohuoban＇ and ＇Saichongqin＇, after treatments germination rate was higher, seedling root was longer and seedling was heavier, ＇Fukewu＇, ＇ Dingwufumeishuang ＇ and ＇ Huolongshen ＇ were better ~ ＇ Shilinshenbanzhongwang ＇, ＇ Laoniaoxing ＇, ＇Dadoubanzhongji ＇and ＇Doubaduofuk＇ were worse; ＇Jialiufumeishuang＇, ＇Duofu ＇and ＇Potaisu＇ were the worst.
