摘  要:【目的】寻找新的甜瓜白粉病杀菌剂筛选方法。【方法】在不同品种和不同部位的甜瓜叶片上接种白粉病菌,并在不同的温度和光照条件下培养。【结果】选用厚皮甜瓜真叶叶盘(4cm×2cm)为试材,从叶盘背面喷雾接种白粉病菌的孢子悬浮液,孢子浓度为3×10^4个·mL^-1,处理后的叶盘置于铺有湿滤纸的密封培养皿(9cm×9cm)中,RH80%~90%,培养条件为温度20℃,光照12h·d^-1。【结论】建立出一种甜瓜白粉病防治药剂活体微量筛选模型,为新合成化合物杀菌剂活忡的筛洗槔供了新方法。[Objective]The objective of the study was to find a new screening method of fungicides against powdery mildew on melon. [Method]Inoculating powdery mildew on the melon disks of different breeds and different positions, and keeping in different optimal condition. [Result]Disks(4cm×2cm),removed from fully expanded leaves of thick-skinned melon, were placed in Petri dishes with wetting filter paper(RH80% to 90%), and maintained at 20 ℃, 12 h/d of light. Disks were inoculated by spraying with 3× 10^4 spores ·mL^-1 conidial suspension on the abaxial side of each leaf disk. [Conclusion]A new microscreening model of fungicides against powdery mildew on melon was developed, representing a new method to screen newly synthesized compounds.
