摘 要:以乌梁素海(WLSH)和岱海(DH)为研究对象,采用柱状芯样模拟法,开展了2个湖泊水-沉积物界DIC的扩散通量研究。结果表明,在夏季90 d的时间内,浅水草型湖泊乌梁素海明水区沉积物约向上覆水体释放了8 443.63 t的DIC,对上覆水体DIC具有源的功能;而深水藻型湖泊岱海深、浅湖区沉积物对上覆水体DIC分别具有汇和源的功能,总体上岱海DIC在水-沉积物界面的转移扩散的矢量方向指向沉积物,即夏季岱海沉积物表现为上覆水中DIC的汇,约有7 335.52 t的DIC转入沉积物。不同深度沉积柱芯的DIC释放实验表明,疏浚能影响水-沉积物界面DIC的源汇通量方向,使湖泊沉积物作为上覆水体中DIC的源和汇功能发生转换。Taking the Wuliangsuhai and Daihai Lake as research objects, the release rates and exchange fluxes of dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC) across the water-sediment interface were investigated in this work by employing columnar simulation method. According to the simu- lation experiments, the concentrations of DIC in the overlying water were equilibrium on the 15th and 10th day of Lake Wuliangsuhai and Lake Daihai respectively. The estimate results of diffusion fluxes showed that there were approximately 8 443.63 t of DIC entering overlying water from sediments in non-Phragmites communis area of Lake Wuliangsuhai while 7 335.52 t of DIC sinked in sediments across the wa- ter-sediment interface in Lake Daihai during 90 days in summer. It indicated that the sediments from Wuliangsuhai and Daihai Lake act as source and sink for DIC respectively. It was also found that the shoal and deep water zones of Lake Daihai act as source and sink for DIC. According to the release experiments of different section sediment cores, dredging could impact the diffusion direction of DIC, which may change the function of source or sink of sediments for DIC.
