摘　　要：科技查新作为国家科技创新体系中的重要组成部分和重要环节,是科研诚信监测的有效手段。论文确定了科技查新中的科研诚信监测点,指出科技查新中科研诚信的问题主要是:多头申报和抄袭、剽窃、侵吞人学术成果,并从委托人、查新员两方面因素进行了分析,最后有针对性地提出了科技查新中开展科研诚信监测的六大对策。As an important component and link of the national scientific and technological innovation system, Sci-teeh novelty re- trieval is one of the effective means to monitor research integrity. This paper determines the research integrity monitoring points in the SCI- tech novelty retrieval, and points out that the research integrity problems in SCI-tech novelty retrieval mainly include project multiple decla- rations and plagiarism. It analyzes these problems from the principal and the searcher. Finally it puts forward six countermeasures to develop the work of research integrity monitoring in the Sei-tech Novelty Retrieval.
