摘　　要：为了解决棉秆重组材原料的碾压疏解和去皮问题,设计试制了棉秆去皮碾压疏解机。该机主要由间距均可调节的3对碾压辊、两对剥皮辊和两对断皮辊组成,能够完成棉秆粗疏解、精疏解以及去皮的工序,得到制备重组材的棉秆纤维束原料。首先,进行了棉秆去皮疏解机的设计和试制,确定了其整体设计方案,完成了主要参数的设计;然后,对碾压辊进行受力分析和参数设计;最后,用试制的样机进行疏解性能试验,获得了较好的疏解效果。On the rolling and defibering process of the cotton scrimber,the design of the cotton stalk fluffer was based on rolling and milling principle,which can provide necessary prerequisite for the production preparation of cotton scrimber.The machine consists of three pairs of rollers,two pairs of peeling rollers and two pairs of break rollers to adapt to the different forms of raw materials,and the span of the rollers all can be adjusted.The adventage of this design is completing the process of cotton stalks with coarse defibering,fine defibering and peeling,and getting good fiber morphology in the end.The research mainly about the design of the cotton stalk fluffer,which included the whole design scheme and the design of the main parameter,and making force analysis and parameters design of the rollers.Finally,with using the machine for defibering performance experiment,the cotton stalk fluffer got a better defibering result.
