摘　　要：介绍了基于PLC控制挤奶机节拍比的实验装置及工作原理,对其工作系统、控制系统和数据采集系统进行了设计及组装。以9CT-2型手推式二节拍挤奶机为试验设备,采用PLC控制系统实现三节拍挤奶。通过改变PLC程序中定时器的时间,可对挤奶机节拍比的吸吮时间、挤压时间和休息时间进行有效调整。应用数据采集卡对挤奶机乳杯壁间室和乳头室的压力进行采集,实现曲线图对挤奶机节拍比的实时监测。This paper introduces experimental device and working principle about design of pulsation ratios about milking machine based on PLC contral,and we design and assembly Operating system,Control system and data acquisition system.This paper based on the type of 9CT-2 hand push two ratios milking machine,use PLC control system to achieve three ratios milking.By changing the time of the PLC program timer,sucking time,extrusion time and rest time can be effective changed about the ratios of the milking machine.Then use the data acquisition card collected the pressure in intramural room and nipple room after the milking machine design,Real-time monitoring of the milking machine ratio with the graph can be achieved by this method.
