摘  要:依据鲁西南大蒜种植特点,设计了大蒜收获机。该收获机包括整机侧向配置、收获机底盘、液压变速系统,作业组装件包括分苗装置、扶苗装置、掘蒜装置、夹蒜输蒜装置、振动松土清土装置、切秧装置和集蒜箱等。采用抖动轮式升运链实现土壤等杂质和大蒜及茎秆的一级分离和升运输送,利用振动筛式筛分机构实现土壤和大蒜的二级分离。采用挖拔组合式工作原理,保证了大蒜收获过程中的挖掘效果,提高了整机的作业质量和稳定性。通过田间检测表明,各项性能指标均达到设计要求。According to the characteristics of planting garlic,garlic harvesting machine is design. This machine is a crop harvesting machinery,the lateral configuration,using the semi - feeding rice and wheat combine harvester chassis,equipped with hydraulic transmission system,operating assembly includes a dividing device,stalk - supporting device,digging device,clamping and conveying device,vibration isolation,earth cleaning device alignment cutting seedling device and a fruit collecting system. The jitter wheeled lifting chain achieve the soil and other impurities and garlic and its primary separation and lifting transportation,by using vibration sieve type sieving mechanism to realize soil and garlic two stage separation. By digging out combined working principle,ensure the garlic harvest process mining effect, improve the overall quality and stability. Through virtual simulation field test shows that,the performance indicators have reached the design requirements.
