摘  要:对裂叶沙参和泡沙参的栽培苗进行了遮光处理实验。在测量光合特性的同时.测定了其叶片气孔大小、气孔密度、气孔开度和气孔导度等气孔行为.并采用相关系数和通径系数分析方法分析了不同遮光水平裂叶沙参和泡沙参气孔行为与光合特性的关系。结果表明:气孔行为对泡沙参光合特性(光合速率和胞间CO2浓度)的影响较大.对裂叶沙参光合特性的影响较小.并且对裂叶沙参光合特性直接影响较大的气孔行为缺乏一致性。Through shaping experiment in pot culture. the photosynthesis character of both Adenophora lobophylla and A. potaninii. stomatal behaviors such as stomatal density. stomatal size. stomatal open and stomatal conductivity were measured. The relationships between the stomatal behaviors of A. lobopghylla and A. potaninii and the photosynthesis characters were analysed by correlation coefficient and path coefficient analysis. The fallowing results are obtained: the stomatal behavior affects the photosynthesis characters such as photosynthesis rate and intercellular CO2 concentration of A. Potaninii most. The analysed stomatal behavior influences the photosynthesis characters of A. lobophylla weakly, and the stomatal behaviors mainly affecting some photosynthesis characters of A. lobophylla are lacking in consistence.
