摘  要:目的探讨新生儿轮状病毒肠炎医院感染预防与控制的对策,降低医院感染发生率。方法 2011年4月共收治新生儿轮状病毒肠炎患儿10例,其中8例为医院感染病例;自2011年5月-2012年4月对疑似轮状病毒肠炎患儿隔离,入院后24h内轮状病毒肠炎抗原主动筛选,期间对102例患儿主动筛选,共筛选出13例新生儿轮状病毒肠炎病例,并对确诊患儿严格落实隔离措施。结果实施感染预防控制措施前新生儿轮状病毒肠炎医院感染发生率为10.8%,措施落实后无医院感染发生。结论通过主动筛选、严格落实隔离、消毒措施能有效预防与控制轮状病毒肠炎在新生儿室的传播,降低医院感染发生率。OBJECTIVE To discuss the countermeasures of prevention and control of nosocomial infections in the neonates with rotavirus enteritis so as to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections. METHODS Totally 10 neonates with rotavirus enteritis who were treated in the hospital from Apr 2011 were enrolled in the study, among which 8 cases with nosocomial infections; from May 2011 to Apr 2012, the neonates with suspected rotavirus enteritis were tested, then the antigen active screening of rotavirus enteritis was performed within 24 hours after the admission; totally 13 neonates with rotavirus enteritis were screened out from 102 neonates, and the isolation of the confirmed cases was strictly carried out. RESULTS The incidence rate of nosocomial infections in the neonates with rotavirus enteritis was 10.8 % before the countermeasures of prevention and control were carried out, 0 after they were carried out. CONCLUSION The active screening and strict implementation of isolation and disinfection measures can effectively prevent and control the spread of rotavirus enteritis and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
