复合季铵盐手消毒液术前手消毒应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复合季铵盐手消毒液在术前手消毒中的抑菌效果和应用。方法通过悬液定量杀菌试验和现场采样试验,检测该复合季铵盐手消毒液用于外科手术术前手消毒对医护人员手部自然菌的消毒效果。结果选择D/E中和肉汤作为中和剂,用该复合季铵盐手消毒液原液分别对大肠埃希菌、白色假丝酵母菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的菌悬液作用0.5、1.0、1.5min,平均杀灭率均>99.99%;严格执行六步洗手法,受试者用含有2g/L单双链复合季铵盐活性物总量的复合手消毒液洗手,手现场试验对自然菌的杀灭率均>90.00%。结论该复合季铵盐手消毒液能较长时间抑菌,作用时间持久、刺激性小,用于术前手消毒杀菌效果良好。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of a compound quaternary salt hands-washing solution on preoperative hand disinfection based on the advantages of quaternary ammonium disinfectants. METHODS The suspension quantitative germicidal test and onsite sampling trial were carried to evaluate the efficacy of the compound quaternary salt hands-washing solution in the preoperative disinfection of medical staff＇s hands. RESULTS The D/E neutralizing broth was selected as the neutralizer; the compound quaternary salt hands-washing solution was used to sterilize the prepared suspension containing the Escherichia coli, Candida albicans and Staphylococcus aureus for 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 min, the average killing rates were above 99.99%. In accordance with the normative six-step methods for washing hand; of hand hygiene, the subjects washed hands with compound hands-washing solution containing 2g/L single alkyl chain quaternary ammonium salt. The killing rate of the natural bacteria of the onsite trail was more than 90.00 %. CONCLUSION The compound quaternary salt hands-washing solution can achieve antibacterial effect for a long period of time, with the action long lasting, the irritation less, it has good germicidal efficacy for the preoperative hand disinfection.
